小剂量普伐他汀联合丹田降脂丸治疗混合型高血脂症临床观察

目的：观察小剂量普伐他汀联合丹田降脂丸治疗混合型高血脂症的临床疗效及安全性。方法：混合型高血脂症患者192例，随机分为3组各64例，西药组采用小剂量普伐他汀治疗，中药组采用丹田降脂丸治疗，联合组采用小剂量普伐他汀联合丹田降脂丸治疗，治疗12周；12周时西药组、中药组血脂水平未全部达标者再随机分为3组，改联合组采用小剂量普伐他汀联合丹田降脂丸治疗，改西药组采用常规剂量普伐他汀治疗，改中药组采用丹田降脂丸治疗，再治疗12周。观察治疗前后血脂水平的变化及不良反应。结果：治疗12周后，3组血清总胆固醇（TC）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL—C）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL—C）、甘油三酯（TG）水平均有不同程度的改善；3组治疗后比较，差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05），联合组TC、LDL—C、TG3项水平下降的幅度及HDL—C升高的幅度均大于西药组、中药组（P〈0．05）。改联合组TC及LDL—C下降的幅度小于改西药组，但2组比较，差异无显著性意义（P〉0．05），而改联合组TG下降的幅度及HDL—C升高幅度大于改西药组（P〈0．01）：改联合组TC、LDL—C降低的幅度大于改中药组（P〈0．01），降低TG及升高LDL—C的幅度也大于改中药组（P〈0．05）。结论：小剂量普伐他汀与丹田降脂丸联合用药治疗混合型高血脂症，较单独用药更有效，可全面改善血脂水平，具有良好的安全性和耐受性。

Efficacy and Safety of Combination Therapy with Low-dose Pravastatin and Dantian Jiangzhi Pills for Treatment of Combined Hyperlipidemia

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of combination therapy with low-dose pravastatin and Dantian Jiangzhi Pills in patients with combined hyperlipidemia.Methods:One hundred and ninety-two patients with combined hyper-lipidemia were randomly assigned to three groups.Western medicine group receive oral use of pravastatin,Chinese medicine group received Dantian Jiangzhi Pills,and the combination group received pravastatin and Dantian Jiangzhi Pills.The treatment lasted 12 weeks.After treatment for 12 weeks,the patients in western medicine group and Chinese medicine group whose lipid levels were not controlled were randomly assigned to three groups,and the mediciation was the same as the first assignment.Lipid levels and adverse effects were assessed after treatment.Results:After treatment for 12 weeks,serum total cholesterol (TC),low density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C)and triglyceride(TG)levels were reduced and high density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C)was increased in the three groups,and the effect was more significant in the combination group(P<0.05).After treatment for 24 weeks,the decrease of TC and LDL-C in the combination group was less than western medicine group,and the differences were insignificant(P>0.05).In the combination group after treatment for 24 weeks,the decrease of TG and the increase of HDL-C were more obvious than those in western medicine group(P<0.01),and the decrease of TC and LDL-C,the decrease of TG and the increase of LDL-C were also more obvious than those in Chinese medicine group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:Combination of low-dose pravastatin(10 mg/d)and Dantian Jiangzhi Pills(4g/d)is more effective than pravastatin or Dantian Jiangzhi Pills alone in treatment of combined hyperlipidemia,and is generally safe and well tolerated.
