| 摘 要： | 目的：观察中西医结合治疗麻痹性肠梗阻的临床疗效。方法：将82例麻痹性肠梗阻患者随机分为2组。治疗组42例在常规西医治疗基础上予加味承气汤灌胃治疗，对照组40例在常规西医治疗的基础上，予植物油灌胃治疗。结果：临床疗效总有效率治疗组95．24％，对照组72．50％，2组比较，差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。治疗组首次肛门排气、排便时间明显低于对照组，2组比较，差异均有非常显著性意义（P〈0．01）。结论：中西医结合治疗麻痹性肠梗阻，可缩短梗阻的持续时间，减少住院病程。
