| 摘 要： | 目的：观察益气活血法对冠心病介入术后患者心功能的影响。方法：将101例冠心病介入治疗后患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，均行西药常规治疗，治疗组加用益气活血类中成药（黄芪注射液、血塞通注射液、参芪片和血塞通胶囊），连续12周。测定2组介入治疗前后心脏彩超的左心室收缩、舒张功能和室壁运动指数变化.结果：2组术后12周左室收缩、舒张功能、室壁运动指数比较，差异有显著性或非常显著性意义（P〈0．05，P〈0．01）。结论：益气活血法明显改善PCI术后患者的心功能，其效果随服药时间的延长而越明显.
