龙胆清热颗粒对复发性口腔溃疡大鼠模型的影响

摘    要:目的:观察龙胆清热颗粒对复发性口腔溃疡大鼠模型的影响。方法:用注射完全弗氏佐剂的方法,建立复发性口腔溃疡大鼠模型。将模型复制成功的大鼠40只,随机分为5组,即模型对照组,龙胆清热颗粒高、中、低剂量组(简称高、中、低剂量组),牛黄上清片组,每组8只。各用药组给予相应浓度的药物灌胃。观察各药物对大鼠模型的症状、溃疡面积和充血程度的影响,并于用药后测定超氧物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:用药后,龙胆清热颗粒高、中、低剂量组和牛黄上清片组大鼠模型的溃疡数目、直径、持续时间、间歇期较模型对照组均有改善(P<0.01,P<0.05)。提示龙胆清热颗粒与牛黄上清片均能有效改善口腔溃疡的症状,而高剂量龙胆清热颗粒治疗复发性口腔溃疡大鼠模型更为理想。用药后,各用药组血清SOD活性及MDA含量与模型对照组比较,差异均有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:龙胆清热颗粒对复发性口腔溃疡大鼠模型的相应指标具有显著的改善作用。

Effect of Longdan Qingre Particles on Rat Models of Recurrent Oral Ulcer

Abstract:Objective:To study the effect of Longdan Qingre particles(LQP) on rat models of recurrent oral ulcer.Methods:The rat models of recurrent oral ulcer were established by injection of complete Freund’s adjuvant(CFA) into oral mucous membrane.Forty rat models,male in half,were equally randomized into five groups:model control group,high-,middle-and low-dose Longdan Qingre particles groups,and Niuhuang Shangqing Pills(NSP)group.Each medication group was given corresponding concentration of drugs by gastric gavage.The symptoms,ulcer area and congestion grading were observed before and after treatment,and the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and malondialdehyde(MDA) content were measured after treatment.Results:The number and diameter of oral ulcer focus,and duration and intermission of oral ulcer in LQP groups and NSP group were improved after treatment(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01compared with the model control group),indicating that LQP and NSP could relieve the symptoms of oral ulcer,and high-dose LQP had the best effect.The differences of SOD activity and MDA content between the medication groups and model control group were significant(P < 0.01).Conclusion:Longdan Qingre particles have obvious effect on improving associated indexes of recurrent oral ulcer in rat models.
