| 摘 要： | 目的：观察动点定位旋扳手法配合中药治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效。方法：对74例神经根型颈椎病患者采用自创动点定位旋扳手法配合中药自拟方葛根解肌汤治疗，观察疗效。结果：治愈38例，显效24例，有效10例，无效2例，总有效率为97．3％。结论：动点定位旋扳手法配合中药内服是治疗神经根型颈椎病的简、便、廉、验的方法，值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of active point positioning rotary pulling manipulation combined with traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(CSR).Methods:Seventy-four patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were treated with active point positioning rotary pulling manipulation combined with self-prescribing Gegen Jieji Decoction.The therapeutic effect was evaluated after treatment.Results:Of 74 patients,38 were cured,24 markedly effective,10 effective,2 ineffective,and the total clinical effective rate was 97.3%.Conclusion:The active point positioning rotary pulling manipulation combined with traditional Chinese medicine is effecitve for the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,which is simple,convenient and cheap. |
