从五郁探源针灸治疗抑郁症

抑郁症是一种常见的精神疾患,各年龄段均可发生。近年来抑郁症的患病人群逐渐扩大,使得其成为现代医疗体系中必须重视的疾病。笔者以《素问·六元正纪大论》中提出"木郁达之,火郁发之,土郁夺之,金郁泄之,水郁折之"的郁证论治思想为基础,结合历代医家有关郁证的论述,阐述《素问》中"五郁论治"思想对针灸治疗抑郁症临床取穴的指导作用,以丰富针灸临床治疗抑郁症的理论内涵,为临床预防及治疗抑郁症提供新思路。

A Discussion on Acupuncture and Moxibustion for Depression from Theory of Five Depressions

Depression is a common mental disorder that can occur at any age. In recent years, the number of people suffering from it has been increasing,making it a disease that can not be ignored in the modern medical system. Based on the theory of five depressions in Chapter 71,Part Suwen,Huangdi Neijing,namely,the facilitation of the stagnant wood,the release of stagnant fire,the elimination of the stagnant earth,the purge of stagnant metal and the regulation of stagnant water, the authors elaborated the guiding role of this theory in clinical point selection in the therapy of acupuncture and moxibustion for depression,with the combination of discussions on depression of previous physicians,so as to enrich the theoretical connotation of clinical treatment of depression with acupuncture and moxibustion, and provide new ideas for clinical prevention and treatment of it.
