穴位注射配合盆底肌训练治疗产后尿潴留临床研究

目的:观察穴位注射配合盆底肌训练治疗产后尿潴留(PUR)的临床疗效。方法:选取219例PUR患者,按随机数字表法分为治疗组73例、肌注组74例和针刺组72例。3组患者均接受盆底肌训练治疗,治疗组给予穴位注射治疗,肌注组和针刺组分别接受相应治疗。治疗后对比3组疗效,记录患者首次自行排尿时间和治疗前后的膀胱残余尿量。结果:治疗组治愈率和总有效率均高于肌注组和针刺组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组产后首次自行排尿时间短于肌注组和针刺组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3组治疗前膀胱残余尿量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,3组膀胱残余尿量均较治疗前减少,治疗组膀胱残余尿量少于肌注组和针刺组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:穴位注射配合盆底肌训练治疗PUR效果良好,值得推广应用。

Clinical Study on Point Injection Combined with Pelvic Muscle Exercises for Postpartum Urinary Retention

Objective:To observe clinical effect of point injection combined with pelvic muscle exercises on postpartum urinary retention(PUR). Methods: A total of 219 cases of PUR patients were divided into the treatment group, the intramuscular injection group and the acupuncture group according to the random number table method, 73, 74 and 72 cases in each group respectively. All groups were given pelvic muscle exercises;the treatment group was additionally treated with point injection, and the other two groups were treated with corresponding treatments. After treatment, the curative effect in the three groups were compared. The first self-micturition time and the residual urine volume in bladder before and after treatment were recorded. Results:The cure rate and total effective rate in the treatment group were both higher than those in the other two groups respectively,differences being significant(P<0.05). The first self-micturition time after delivery in the treatment group was shorter than that in the other two groups respectively, differences being significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the residual urine volume in bladder in the three groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the residual urine volume in bladder in each group was decreased when compared with that before treatment respectively,and the volume in the treatment group was less than that in the other two groups respectively,differences being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The therapy of point injection combined with pelvic muscle exercises has good effect in treating PUR,which is worthy of promotion and application.
