| 摘 要： | 目的：观察磁化针治疗神经性皮炎的临床疗效。方法：将121例患者随机分成3组。磁针组48例采用磁化针治疗，取穴风池、曲池、内关、足三里、丰隆穴；西药组42例采用息斯敏治疗；安慰剂组31例用止痒片（淀粉片）口服。结果：磁针组总有效率85.4％，愈显率62.5％；西药组总有效率88.1％，愈显率54.8％；安慰剂组总有效率51.6％，愈显率9.7％；磁针组与西药组疗效相近，均优于安慰剂组。结论：磁化针治疗神经性皮炎疗效可靠。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the curative effect of magnetic needling (MN) for neurodermatitis(ND) . Methods: 121 cases of ND were allocated to 3 groups: MN group(48 cases) treated by MN, with Fengchi(GB 20), Quchi(LI 11), Neiguan(PC 6), Zusanli(ST 36) and Fenglong(ST 40)being needled; western medicine group(42 cases) by astemizoli; placebo group(31 cases) by oral use of starch tablets. Results: The total effective rate being 85. 4% and curative rate being 62. 5% in MN group, 88. 1% and 54. 8% respectively in western medicine group and 51. 5% and 9. 7% respectively in placebo group. The curative rate of MN group is similar to that of western medicine group and superior than that of placebo group. Conclusion: The effect of MN acupoint therapy is reliable for ND and no toxic nor side effect are observed. |
