盐酸青藤碱壳聚糖纳米粒的制备及体外释放性能的研究

摘    要:目的:制备盐酸青藤碱壳聚糖纳米粒,并考察其性质和体外释药特性。方法:通过微乳液-离子交联法制备盐酸青藤碱壳聚糖纳米粒,考察纳米粒的形态、粒径和zeta电位,紫外分光光度法测定其载药量和包封率,透析法研究其体外释药特性。结果:制得的纳米粒呈球形或类球形,平均粒径为98.3nm,包封率为67.2%,体外模拟释药结果表明载药纳米粒药物释放速率在24h内持续稳定。结论:微乳液-离子交联法制备盐酸青藤碱壳聚糖纳米粒简便可靠,体外释药具有明显的缓释作用。
