| 摘 要： | 当归补血汤水煎液不能刺激红系造血祖细胞（ＣＦＵ－Ｅ）的增殖，而含药血清有促进ＣＦＵ－Ｅ增殖的作用，随含药血清量的增加，ＣＦＵ－Ｅ克隆增殖数增高，与正常对照血清有明显差别。同法取拆方与合方口饲小鼠的含药血清，观察ＣＦＵ－Ｅ（３ｄ）、ＢＦＵ－Ｅ（７ｄ）克隆增殖情况。各药促进ＣＦＵ－Ｅ、ＢＦＵ－Ｅ克隆增殖的平均数值顺序是黄芪血清组＞归芪１∶５血清组＞归芪１∶１血清组＞当归血清组＞空白小鼠血清组。

| Abstract: | Danggui Buxue Decoction did not directly stimulate reproduction of CFUE in vitro,but the decoctioncontained serum could has the effect with a obvious distinction compared with normal control serum.The quantity of CFUE was promoted with increasing the serum dosage.The serum containing the separated formulae could stimulate reproduction of CFUE,respectively.The proper sequence of the stimulating effect was as follows:Huang Qi>Danggui and Huang Qi(15)>Danggui and Huang Qi(11)>Danggui>normal control serum. |
