补阳还五汤佐治肺心病的疗效及其对血液流变学指标的影响

目的:观察补阳还五汤佐治慢性肺心病的疗效及其对血液流变学指标的影响.方法:随机将80例慢性肺心病患者分为观察组和对照组各40例.对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组在上述西医治疗基础上加用补阳还五汤口服.两组均治疗30 d.观察治疗前后的血液流变学指标、D-二聚体含量及心肺功能指标的变化.结果:治疗后两组的血液流变学指标及D-二聚体含量均显著优于治疗前(P＜0.05或P＜0.01)；但观察组改善程度显著优于对照组(P＜0.05或P＜0.01).治疗后两组的心肺功能及动脉血气指标均显著优于治疗前(P ＜0.05或P＜0.01)；但观察组改善程度显著优于对照组(P＜0.05或P＜0.01).观察组服用中药后未发生不良反应.结论:补阳还五汤佐治慢性肺心病疗效确切,可降低血液黏度,改善心肺功能,且安全性好.

Effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction on Clinical Efficacy and Hemorheological Indicators in Treatment of Pulmonary Heart Disease

Objective:To observe the effects of Buyang Huanwu decoction on clinical efficacy and hemorheological indicators in treatment of pulmonary heart disease.Method: Eighty patients with pulmonary heart disease were randomly divided into observation group(40 cases) and control group(40 cases).The control group was treated with conventional western medicine.The observation group took Buyang Huanwu decoction on the basis of conventional therapy.Two groups were continuous treated for 30 days.The changes in hemorheological parameters,D-dimer level and cardio-pulmonary function parameters in the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Result:After treatment 30 days,hemorheological parameters,D-dimer level of two groups were significantly better than those before treatment(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Hemorheological parameters,D-dimer level of the observation group were significantly improved than the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Indicators of heart-lung function and arterial blood gas of two groups were significantly better than those before treatment(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Indicators of heart-lung function and arterial blood gas of the observation group were significantly improved than that of the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The observation group showed no adverse reactions after taking Chinese medicines.Conclusion: Buyang Huanwu decoction is effective in the treatment of pulmonary heart disease.It can reduce blood viscosity,improve heart and lung function with good safty.
