茶多酚对小鼠高脂血症与脂肪肝的预防作用

摘    要:目的:观察茶多酚对小鼠高脂血症和脂肪肝的预防作用。方法:实验小鼠分为正常组、高脂组、脂必妥组和茶多酚组。喂养6周后,测定血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇脂(LDL-c)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇脂(HDL-c)、丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)和天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)活力,测定肝脏匀浆液的丙二醛(MDA)含量并观察肝脏冰冻切片脂肪染色。结果:茶多酚对高脂血症小鼠血清TC,TG,LDL-c,ALT和AST值均有显著降低,HDL-C有明显升高,肝脏组织中MDA含量也有所降低,肝脏冰冻切片的脂肪染色显示茶多酚明显减少肝脏中脂肪含量。结论:茶多酚对高脂血症和脂肪肝的形成有明显的预防作用。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the effect of the herbal decoction Qingyi Huaji formula (QYHJ) combined with gemcitabine on apoptosis and expression of Bcl-2 protein of human pancreatic cancer SW1990 in vivo. Methods: Tumor-burdened nude mice were randomized into control group, Chemo group, groups of Chemo plus QYHJ at different doses. After treatment, inhibiting rates of tumor growth were calculated. Cell apoptosis of each group was extracted by flow cytometry(FCM). Expression of Bcl-2 protein was learned by method of immunohistochemistry. Result: Tumor weight in the Chemo plus QYHJ groups at different doses was significantly lower than that in the Chemo group (P<0.05). Compared to the Chemo group, cell apoptosis rate in the Chemo plus QYHJ groups at middle dose was higher (P<0.05), while the expression of Bcl-2 was lower (P<0.05). Conclusion: QYHJ formula may have synergtic action on Gemcitabine, to inhibit the proliferation of human pancreatic cancer SW1990 in vivo, possibly by inhibiting expression of Bcl-2 protein and inducing cell apoptosis.
