安息香化学成分研究

摘    要:目的:研究安息香95%乙醇提取物的化学成分.方法:利用色谱方法对安息香化学成分进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构.结果:从安息香95%乙醇提取物中分离得到11个化合物,分别鉴定为19α-羟基-3-氧代齐墩果-12-烯-28-酸(1),6β-羟基-3-氧代齐墩果-12-烯-28-酸(2),苏门答腊树脂酸(3),泰国树脂酸(4),齐墩果酸(5),4-( E)-3-乙氧基丙-1-烯基]-2-甲氧基苯酚(6),苯甲酸(7),香草醛(8),香草酸(9),松柏醛(10),去氢双香草醛(11).结论:除苯甲酸外,其他化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到.

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the chemical components of Styrax tonkinensis.Method: Chromatographic technologies were used for separation and purification,while physicochemical properties and spectral analysis were used for structure elucidation.Result: Eleven compounds were isolated and their structures were identified as 19α-hydroxy-3-oxo-olean-12-en-28-oic acid(1),6β-hydroxy-3-oxo-olean-12-en-28-oic acid(2),sumaresinolic acid(3),siaresinolic acid(4),oleanolic acid(5),4-(E)-3-ethoxyprop-1-enyl]-2-methoxyphenol(6),benzoic acid(7),vanillin(8),vanillic acid(9),coniferyl aldehyde(10),dehydrodivanillin(11).Conclusion: Except for compound 7,the other compounds were isolated from S.tonkinensis for the first time.
