摘    要:自金元时期以来,十八反一直是中药配伍禁忌理论的重要组成部分,随着人类对医疗健康的需求及现代认知水平的不断提高,中药配伍禁忌日益受到广泛关注,成为亟待解决的关键科学问题之一。该文对十八反配伍药对的物质基础研究现状进行分析归纳,从化学物质变化角度探讨十八反可能的致毒/增毒机制,以期为十八反配伍禁忌机制研究提供思考和借鉴,为临床应用提供参考。

Abstract:The "Eighteen Incompatible Medicaments" has been the important contents of incompatibility of Chinese herbs since JIN and YUAN dynasty. With the raising of medical treatment for human health and scientific cognition level, the incompatibility of Chinese herbs is an increasing concern and becomes a burning and crucial scientific question. This article analyzed the chemical components study situation of "Eighteen Incompatible Medicaments" and discussed the scientific nature based the toxic chemical components changes, mechanisms of action, and so on. These data may provide instructions for mechanism research of "Eighteen Incompatible Medicaments", supply some references for the rational application in clinic.
