逐痹汤加外敷散治疗痛风性关节炎

目的:研究苗族药逐痹汤内服加苗族药外服散在痛风性关节炎治疗中的临床应用价值。方法:选取2011年1月—2014年12月于本院诊治的急性痛风性关节炎患者80例,按其就诊顺序进行编号随机分为对照组(40例)和观察组(40例),对照组行传统西药秋水仙碱、双氯芬酸钠治疗,观察组患者行苗族药逐痹汤内服加苗族药外敷散外敷治疗,观察两组患者各临床指标,并采用统计学软件进行数据处理、分析。结果:观察组治疗有效率(92.31%)明显高于对照组(83.78%),两组差异有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后观察组疼痛评分明显低于对照组(P0.05),其疼痛缓解时间及红肿消失时间明显短于对照组(P0.05),具有统计学意义;治疗后观察组血尿酸(UA),血沉(ESR),C反应蛋白(CRP)水平明显低于对照组(P0.05),其血液流变学指标改善程度优于对照组患者(P0.05),上述指标差异具有统计学意义;观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P0.05),具有统计学意义;而治疗后两组患者炎细胞指标、血常规、肝肾功能差异不明显,无统计学意义。结论:在痛风性关节炎治疗中,苗族药逐痹汤内服加苗族药外敷散外敷可快速消肿止痛,降低UA,ESR及CRP水平,减少对外周血损害及不良反应发生,提高临床治疗疗效,值得推广。

Zhubi Tang Combined with Waifu San in Treating Gouty Arthritis

Objective: To study the clinical application value of oral administration of Miao medicine Zhubi Tang combined with external application of Miao medicine Waifu San in the treatment of gouty arthritis. Method: Eighty cases of patients with acute gouty arthritis diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2014 were selected and divided randomly into control group (40 cases) and observation group (40 cases) according to their visiting sequence. The control group was treated with traditional western medicine colchicines and diclofenac sodium, and the observation group was treated with oral administration of Miao medicine Zhubi Tang combined with external application of Miao medicine Waifu San. The various clinical indicators of two groups of patients were observed, and the statistical software was used for data processing and analysis. Result: The treatment efficiency (92.31%) of observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (83.78%), the inter-group difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The pain score of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group after treatment (P<0.05), the pain relief time and of swelling disappearance time were significantly shorter than those of control group patients (P<0.05) and statistically significant. The blood uric acid (UA), blood sedimentation (ESR), C-reactive protein (CRP) levels of observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05), the improvement degree of hemodynamic indexes of observation group was better than that of control group (P<0.05), the above indexes differences were statistically significant. The incidence of adverse reactions of observation group was lower than that of control group (P<0.05) and statistically significant. However, the differences of inflammatory cells index, blood routine, liver and kidney function between two groups were not obvious, with no statistical significance. Conclusion: Oral administration of Miao medicine Zhubi Tang combined with external application of Miao medicine Waifu San can rapidly relieve swelling and pain, reduce the UA, ESR and CRP levels, decrease the damage to peripheral blood and the incidence of adverse reactions, and improve the clinical curative effect in the treatment of gouty arthritis, and so is worth promoting.
