西藏大花红景天挥发油成分GC-MS分析

摘    要:目的:分析西藏大花红景天的挥发油成分。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取大花红景天根茎挥发油,通过气相色谱-质谱联用技术对其成分进行鉴定,同时采用面积归一法测定各组分含量。结果:分离出63种物质,鉴定出45个化合物,占总馏出组分的84.79%,主要化学成分为香叶醇(58.24%),4-亚环己烯基-3,3-二甲基-2-戊酮(3.45%),乙酸香叶酯(3.04),1-甲基-4-(2-甲基环氧乙烷基)-7-氧杂双环4.1.0]庚烷(2.04%),鲨烯(1.73%),8-羟基芳樟醇(1.16%)。结论:通过对大花红景天挥发油成分的分析鉴定,为西藏产大花红景天的合理开发利用和品质鉴定提供参考资料。

Abstract:Objective: To analyze the chemical components of the volatile oil from the roots of Rhodiola crenulata. Method: The volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation, the components were identified by GC-MS and their amount were determined by area normalization. Result: 72 kinds of substances were isolated and 52 compounds were identified representing 84.79% of the total distillate composition. The major constituents were geraniol (58.24%), 2-pentanone,4-cyclohexylidene-3,3-diethyl-(3.45%), geranyl acetate (3.04%), 1-methyl-4-(2-methyloxiranyl)-7-oxabicyclo 4.0.1] heptanes (2.04%), squalene (1.73%), 8-hydroxylinalool (1.16%). Conclusion: The determination of chemical constituents of volatile oil from roots of R. crenulata will provide important foundation for further exploitation and quality identification of R. crenulata.
