| 摘 要： | 补肾延年丹对老年大鼠全血细胞非程序DNA合成（UDS）的实验结果表明：40秒UF诱导下大鼠全血细胞UDS各组间差异无显著意义（P＞0.05），80秒UV诱导下大鼠全血细胞UDS各组间差异有显著意义（P＝0.05），补肾延年丹大、中、小剂量组UDS均高于老年空白对照组，说明补肾延年丹能提高老年大鼠对UV损伤时DNA的修复能力。

| Abstract: | The effect of Bushen Yannian granule on unscheduled DNA synthe-ses(UDS)in whole blood cells of old rats was studied. The results showed that UDS in the group treated with Bushen Yannian granule at a high,or moderate,or low dose,was higher than that in the old control group(P<0.05),indicating that it can enhance DNA repair capacity in old rats. |
