摘    要:目的:探讨一测多评法在补骨脂质量评价中的应用.方法:以补骨脂药材为研究对象,选取补骨脂素为指标,确定该成分与其他药效成分——异补骨脂素、补骨脂甲素(补骨脂二氢黄酮)、补骨脂乙素(异补骨脂查耳酮)间的校对因子.考察一测多评法和外标法测得结果的差异性,并研究不同仪器及色谱柱对相对校正因子的影响.结果:补骨脂素对异补骨脂素的相对校正因子、补骨脂素对补骨脂甲素的相对校正因子及补骨脂素对补骨脂乙素的相对校正因子分别为0.8630(1.17%),0.299 6(0.86%),0.201 3(0.37%);一测多评法和外标法测得的数据间RSD均<3%;不同仪器及色谱柱所得的相对校正因子无显著性差异.结论:一测多评法用于补骨脂的质量评价是可行的.

Abstract:Objective:To explore feasibility of multi-components quantitation by one marker(QAMS) used in quality evaluation of Psoralea corylifolia. Method: P. corylifolia was chosen as the research object,with psoralen as index,and the relative correction factors(RCF) of psoralen-isopsoralen,psoralen-corylifolin(bavachin) and psoralen-isobavachalcone were determined by HPLC.Difference of QAMS and external standard method was investigated,effects of different instrument and column on RCF was investigated. Result: RCF of psoralen-isopsoralen,psoralen-corylifolin(bavachin) and psoralen-isobavachalcone were 0.863 0(1.17%),0.299 6(0.86%),0.201 3(0.37%),respectively.No significant difference were found in quantitative results of four components in P. coryfolia determined by external standard method and QAMS. Conclusion: It is feasible and suitable to evaluate the quality of P. coryfolia by QAMS.
