不同产地防风挥发油的GC-MS分析

摘    要:目的:分析10个不同产地来源防风挥发油的主要化学成分,为其质量评价提供依据.方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法从防风中提取挥发油,用气相-质谱联用仪检测不同产地防风挥发油的化学成分.结果:不同产地防风挥发油均含有人参醇、9,12-十八碳二烯酸、十六酸、油酸、匙叶桉油烯醇、肉豆蔻醚、庚醛、辛醛、壬醛、2-壬酮、桉油脑等11种化合物,其中防风挥发油中的特征成分人参炔醇以10号黑龙江的相对含量最高(60.87%),2号云南的相对含量(59.15%)次之,8号内蒙古防风相对含量(6.69%)最低.结论:不同来源防风挥发油中共有11个共有成分,但各成分含量在不同来源的防风挥发油中有一定差别.

Abstract:Objective:To analyze the chemical constituents of volatile oil from Saposhnikovia divaricata in 10 different habitats and provide scientific basis for its quality control.Method: The components of volatile oil were separated and identified by GC-MS.Result: There were 11 common constituents in different habitats which were panaxynol,9,12-octadecadienoic acid(Z,Z)-,hexadecanoic acid,oleic acid,(-)-spathulenol,myristicim,heptanal,octaldehyde,nonanal,and et al.The maximum content of panaxynol was 60.87% in No.10 Heilongjiang’s,then was 59.15% in No.2 Yunnan’s,and No.8 Neimenggu’s 6.69% was minimum.Conclusion: There were 11 common compounds in ten volatile oil,but the chemical consituents of volatile oil were different in different habitats.
