摘    要:目的:探讨黄芩苷对缺血性脑损伤的干预效果及作用机制。方法:对近年来国内外黄芩苷治疗缺血性脑损伤的实验研究结果进行分析,分别从其对缺血性脑损伤的改善脑组织能量代谢障碍的影响,对炎症的影响,对神经细胞凋亡的影响等方面进行综述。结果:文献研究结果提示黄芩苷通过多种机制对缺血性脑损伤有明显保护作用。结论:黄芩苷有望成为治疗缺血性脑损伤的有效药物。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the intervention effect and its mechanism of treatment of cerebral ischemic injury by baicalin. Method: By analyzing the experimental references on treatment of cerebral ischemic injury by baicalin in recent years, the paper reviews the effects of baicalin on disorders in brain tissue energy metabolism, inflammation, neuronal apoptosis.etc. Result: The results suggest that baicalin has obvious protective effects for the cerebral ischemic injury by several different mechanisms. Conclusion: Baicalin may become effective drug for the treatment of ischemic cerebral injury.
