糖脂平对2型糖尿病大鼠糖、脂毒性及胰腺 组织氧化应激的影响

摘    要:目的:观察糖脂平对2型糖尿病大鼠糖、脂毒性及胰腺组织氧化应激的影响。方法:采用高脂喂养联合低剂量(30 mg.kg-1)链脲佐菌素诱导2型糖尿病大鼠模型。将糖尿病模型鼠随机分为模型组、糖脂平组、α-硫辛酸组,正常鼠为正常对照组,每组10只。糖脂平组予糖脂平按生药20 g.kg-1.d-1ig,α-硫辛酸组予20 mg.kg-1.d-1ig,其他2组大鼠予等体积蒸馏水ig,连续处理8周。观察体质量(BM)、空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、空腹胰岛素水平(FINS)、血清游离脂肪酸(FFA)以及胰腺组织丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)水平的变化;观察胰腺组织病理改变。结果:与模型组比较,经糖脂平、α-硫辛酸处理后两组大鼠体质量、血糖、空腹胰岛素、游离脂肪酸及氧化应激指标均明显改善(P<0.01或0.05);病理观察显示胰岛数量明显增加,胰岛组织结构部分修复。糖脂平组大鼠在FPG,HbA1c,FFA,FINS水平的改善方面优于α-硫辛酸组,病理改变亦相对较轻。结论:中药糖脂平能有效抑制2型糖尿病大鼠糖、脂毒性及胰腺组织的氧化应激损伤,保护胰岛细胞,改善胰岛素分泌及糖、脂代谢。
