大黄 虫丸抗家兔动脉粥样硬化机理研究

目的：探讨大黄（庶虫）虫丸抗早期动脉粥样硬化（AS）的机制.方法：采用免疫损伤合并高脂食饵的方法复制家兔早期AS模型,检测指标包括血脂测定;血清丙二醛（MDA）测定;血管壁组织形态学观察.结果：大黄（庶虫）虫丸对血脂各项指标无明显影响（P＞0.05）,但降低血清MDA水平（P＜0.05）,明显缩小主动脉AS斑块面积,减少泡沫细胞层数,减轻内膜增厚.结论：大黄（庶虫）虫丸通过非降脂的作用机制抑制AS的形成.

Study of the Anti-atherosclerotic Mechanisms by Dahuang Zhechong Pill

Aim:To observe the anti-atherosclerotic mechanisms by Dahuang Zhechong pill.Methods:The atherosclerotic model was established by hypercholesterol feeding together with immune-injured endothelium in rabbits.The levels of blood lipid and MDA in the serum were determined.Histological examination was done by light microscopes.Results:The results showed that the level of MDA was decreased and the level of blood lipid wasn't significantly changed in Dahuang Zhechong pill-administered groups in comparison with the control group.Histological examination showed the reduced area of atherosclerotic plaque in aorta,the lightened intimal hyperplasia,descreased foam cells in drug-administered groups.Conclusions:Dahuang Zhechong pill can inhibit the development of early atherosclerosis by the non-lowering lipid mechanisms,including inhibition of the lipid oxidation.
