大果大戟挥发油化学成分

摘    要:目的:研究大果大戟Euphorbia wallichii地上部分挥发油的化学成分.方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法,得到大果大戟挥发油,利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术进行化学成分分析.结果:共分离出25个峰,用面积归一化法测定其相对质量分数,并鉴定出大果大戟地上部分挥发油中20种主要化学成分,已鉴定出的组分占挥发油总量的94.28%.结论:大果大戟地上部分挥发油化学成分包含有机酸、烷烃、萜类及其衍生物,萜类主要为倍半萜,其衍生物则主要为酮类,主要化学成分是十六烷酸(60.36%),其次是降姥鲛-2-酮(7.674%)和十四烷酸(5.433%).

Abstract:Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the volatile oil from the aerial parts of Euphorbia wallichii. Method : The volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation and was identified by GC-MS. The relative amount of each constituent was calculated by peak area normalization method. Result: Twenty-five components were isolated, 20 compounds were identified from the aerial parts of E. wallichii and their amount accounted 94.28% of total volatile oil. Conclusion: Chemical constituents of the volatile oils from the aerial parts of E. wallichii include organic acids, alkane, terpenoids and its derivatives. The main constituents were hexadecanoic acid (60.36%), nor-prist-2-one (7.674%) and tetradecanoic acid (5.433%).
