治疗手足口病中药的灰关联分析

目的:探寻治疗手足口病的用药机制.方法:用灰色关联法分析治疗手足口病中药复方数据库货细化.结果:依据灰关联系数大小,确认栀子、黄芩、淡竹叶、滑石、藿香、薏苡仁等为治疗的常用药物,但灰关联系数的顺位排序与使用频次并不完全正相关.结论:手足口病的主要证候为实证、热证,其次是虚证和寒证,病位在肺、心、脾三脏,在诊断用药中以性味苦寒和甘寒的清热解毒祛湿、解表药为主.

Conclusion: Hand-foot-mouth disease syndrome as an example, heat syndrome, followed by the deficiency and cold syndrome, disease in lung, heart, spleen, in the diagnosis of drugs mainly to taste of bitter and sweet cold Qingre Jiedu Qushi and diaphoretic.
