| 摘 要： | 对比研究了逍遥散分煎与合煎对小鼠四氯化碳性肝损伤，脾虚胃排空，失血性贫血，自主活动、睡眠时间的影响，结果表明合煎整体效应稍优于分煎，但除ＲＢＣ外其余指标两者均无显著性差别。

| Abstract: | The pharmacological effects of single decoction and mingle decoction of Xiaoyao San were comparatively studied on the following experimental targets:intoxicative hepatic damage induced by CCl 4,emptying action of the stomach with the spleen deficiency,bleeding anemia,freeing activity and sleeping time.The results indicated that the effect of the mingle decoction was better than of the single decoction in all indexes.But both had not significant difference on statistics except RBC. |
