摘    要:目的:建立大黄硝石滴丸HPLC多波长指纹图谱,并对栀子苷、盐酸小檗碱、西红花苷同时进行含量测定,以期对其质量进行控制。方法:采用国家药典委员会颁布的"中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统"2004A对10批大黄硝石滴丸样品进行评价,建立对照指纹图谱,并对其主要活性成分进行含量测定。结果:分别在238,345,440 nm下标定了6,3,8个共有峰,指纹图谱相似度均0.9。结论:大黄硝石滴丸的多波长指纹图谱特征性和专属性强,通过栀子苷、盐酸小檗碱、西红花苷的测定,可以有效地对大黄硝石滴丸的质量进行控制。

Abstract:Objective: To establish the multi-wavelength chromatographic fingerprints of Dahuang Xiaoshi dropping pill based on chromatographs of HPLC-PDA, and determine the contents of geniposide, berberine hydrochloride and crocin. Method: The multi-wavelength chromatographic fingerprints and determination 10 batches of homemade pills were performed, with geniposide, berberine hydrochloride and crocin as reference peak. The Similarity Evaluation System for Chromatographic Fingerprints of Traditional Chinese Medicine (2004A) was used for data analysis. Result: As a result, six common peaks were pointed out at 238 nm, three common peaks were pointed out at 345 nm, and eight common peaks were pointed out at 440 nm. Dahuang Xiaoshi dropping pill from different batches showed a similarity of above 0.9 in HPLC fingerprint chromatogram. Conclusion: This method is highly characteristic and specific. The multi-wavelength HPLC fingerprint and the determination of geniposide, berberine hydrochloride and crocin can be used for the quality control.
