| 摘 要： | 傅里叶变换拉曼光谱技术是近20年来发展较快的新型分析检测技术,它具有快速、简便、准确和无损坏样品等特点。我国中药材资源丰富,加强中药质量管理是实现中药现代化的关键环节。作者对拉曼光谱在中药材的鉴别、中药有效成分的分析及中成药质量控制中的应用等方面进行了综述。 |

| Abstract: | FT Raman spectroscopy is a new analytical techniques in recent 20 years. Advantages of FT Raman spectroscopy is fast, simple and accurate and no damage to the samples and so on. Rich resources of Chinese herbal medicine in china, It is key to enhance the management of quality of traditional Chinese medicine for modernization of Chinese medicine. This paper review the application of the Raman spectroscopy in the identification of Chinese herbal medicines, analysis of active ingredients and quality control of Chinese medicine. |
