摘    要:目的:利用响应面法对一贯煎总多糖的提取工艺进行优化。方法:在分析单因素的基础上,以一贯煎多糖得率为响应值,采用3因素3水平的响应面法(RSM)对其提取工艺进行研究。结果:最佳工艺参数为液固比11∶1,85%乙醇提取2次,每次1.8 h。结论:响应面法可在连续范围内进行分析,具有实验周期短、精密度高的优点。优化结果可为制剂生产提供参考依据。

Abstract:Objective: To optimize the extract process of polysaccharides for Yiguanjian by using the response surface method. Method: Three factors of the three levels of the response surface method(RSM)extracting process were studied on the basis of single factor analysis and the response rate of polysaccharide in Yiguanjian. Result: The best parameters were as follows: the ratio of solvent to material was 11:1; ethanol concentration was 85%; the extraction time was 1.8 h and extracting for 2 times. Conclusion: Response surface method can be used in continuous range analysis with the advantages of short experimental cycle and high precision. The optimization results can provide reference basis for production.
