摘    要:目的:观察茯苓、白术与当归合用组方(FBD)与当归芍药散(DSS)抗脑老化作用相似性;方法:筛选记忆功能异常小鼠,连续6w sc D-半乳糖致脑老化,用穿俊仪检测小鼠记忆功能,测定大脑皮层与海马蛋白质含量、皮层丙二醛(MDA)含量与海马乙酰胆碱酯酶(AchE)活性;结果:2.3g/kgFBD与2.8g/kgDSS可缩短模型组小鼠遭受电击时间,显著抑制D-半乳糖诱导的蛋白质含量下降,MDA含量升高,及AchE活性增强(p<0.05或0.01);结论:FBD与DSS在抗脑老化上可能存在作用相似性。

Abstract:To observe the similarity between Danggui Shaoyao San(DSS) and FBD made up ofporia,rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae and radix angelicae sinensis in the treatment of brain aging,the micewith innate memory dysfunctionwere screened inwatermaze test beforehand,then brain agingmodelwas establishedwith D-galactose(D-gal)for 6 weeks.Once each weekend from 3rd to 6th week,the stimulate time taken by mice to avoid passively electric stimulate had beendetected in shuttle box test for 4 times in total.In addition,soluble protein content in cortex and hippocampus,melondial-dehyde(MDA)content in cortex,and acetycholinesterase(AchE)activity in hippocampus were examined after memory detection.Results showed 2.3g/kg FBD and 2.8g/kg DSS shortened stimulate time taken by brain aging mice,and inhibitedobviously the decreasingsoluble protein content,the increasingMDAcontent,and the growingAchE activity induced byD-gal in cortex and hippocampus(p<0.05 or 0.01).
