摘    要:目的:优选附子的高压蒸制工艺。方法:以双酯型生物碱含量、总生物碱含量及外观质量为综合评价指标,对高压蒸制时间、压力及软化方式3个因素进行考察,采用L9(34)正交试验法优选附子的高压蒸制工艺。结果:附子最佳高压蒸制工艺为A2B2C2,即附子经润湿法处理后,0.10 MPa压力下蒸制150 min。结论:该优选的工艺简便、易行、可控,可作为代替附子传统炮制工艺的新方法。

Abstract:Objective: To optimize high pressure steaming process of Aconitum carmichaelii. Method: Orthogonal test was used to optimize high pressure steaming process of A. carmichaelii with appearance quality,the content of diester diterpenoid alkaloids and total alkaloid as comprehensive evaluation index,high pressure steaming time,pressure and softening way were selected as factors. Result: Optimum high pressure steaming technology was A2B2C2,that of treated by wetting method,steamed 150 min at 0.10 MPa. Conclusion: This optimized process was simple,practical and easy to control,it could be used as a new method to replace traditional processing technology of A. carmichaelii.
