附子与半夏不同炮制品种配伍应用的ESI-MSn研究

摘    要:目的:采用电喷雾质谱方法(ESI-MS)分析附子与半夏不同炮制品配伍前后生物碱在种类和含量方面的变化。方法:利用电喷雾质谱技术,分别对生附子、生附子加生半夏、姜半夏、清半夏、法半夏共煎液中乌头类生物碱进行系统考察。结果:与生附子相比,双酯型生物碱在附子加清半夏、姜半夏、生半夏共煎液中含量增高,附子加法半夏共煎液中的双脂型生物碱含量降低。结论:附子与姜半夏配伍的解毒机制是使毒性较大的双酯型生物碱转化为毒性小的单脂型生物碱;与清半夏、姜半夏、生半夏配伍的毒性增大的原因是其具有抑制附子中生物碱类成分的水解或热解反应的作用。

Abstract:Objective: The content and categories of alkaloids in the combination of Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata with different prepared products of Pinellia Rhizoma were studied by electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESI-MS). Method: The samples for ESI-MS study were prepared by decocting a mixture of Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata,Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata with unprocessed Rhizoma Pinelliae,prepared Rhizoma Pinellize with juice of Rhizima zingiberis recens,prepared Rhizoma Pinellize without adjuvant and Rhizoma pinelliae preparatum. Result: Comparing to unprocessed Rhizoma Pinelliae,the content of diester diterpenoid alkaloids was higher in the decoction of Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata with prepared Rhizoma Pinellize without adjuvant,prepared Rhizoma Pinellize with juice of Rhizima zingiberis recens and unprocessed Rhizoma Pinelliae,and lower in the decoction of Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata with rhizoma pinelliae preparatum. Comclusion: For the hydrolysis and pyrolysis of alkaloids are inhibited;and lower in the decoction of Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata with Rhizoma pinelliae preparatum.,for most of diester diterpenoid alkaloids are hydrolyzed.
