| 摘 要： | 目的:对炒莱菔子中含芥子碱部位的醇提工艺进行优选,测定10份市售炒莱菔子中芥子碱含量。方法:采用L9(34)正交试验,以芥子碱含量和醇浸膏得率为指标,优选炒莱菔子中含芥子碱部位的醇提工艺。HPLC测定市售炒莱菔子中芥子碱含量。结果:确定醇提工艺为25倍量75%乙醇,60 min提取1次。不同炒莱菔子样品中芥子碱含量差异较大。结论:优选的醇提工艺提取炒莱菔子中含芥子碱部位工艺稳定可行。对《中国药典》中芥子碱HPLC含测方法改进提出建议。
