| 摘 要： | 随着2型糖尿病患者的日渐增多,对2型糖尿病的研究已成为医药学界的重要课题。用于2型糖尿病研究的动物模型也比较多,其中大鼠模型是应用最多的一种动物模型。作者就2型糖尿病大鼠模型现状做一简要概括,并在比较中选出用于2型糖尿病发病机制和药物研究的理想和实用的动物模型。
