扶正泄浊保肾汤对慢性肾功能衰竭患者HA,LN的影响

目的:观察扶正泄浊保肾汤治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的疗效及机制。方法:70例患者以就诊次序随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各35例;对照组给予西医综合治疗,治疗组在西医综合治疗基础上加用扶正泄浊保肾汤,疗程3个月,观察治疗前后两组患者血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)、内生肌酐清除率(Ccr)及血透明质酸(HA)、层粘连蛋自(LN)变化情况。结果:治疗组总有效率77.14%,对照组总有效率51.43%,两者相比有显著差异(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后Scr,Ccr较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05),BUN较治疗前下降(P<0.01),Scr,Ccr,BUN改善优于对照组治疗后(P<0.05);治疗组HA,LN较治疗前显著下降(P<0.05),且低于对照组治疗后(P<0.01)。结论:扶正泄浊保肾汤能改善CRF患者肾功能,且具有抑制肾纤维化作用。

Effect of FZXZBS Decoction on HA and LN of Patients with Chronic Renal Failure

Objective: To observe the curative effect and mechanism of Fuzheng Xiezhuo Baoshen (FZXZBS) decoction on chronic renal failure. Method: According to the time sequence of seeing doctor, a total of 70 patients with chronic renal failure were randomLy divided into treatment group and control group, with 35 patients in each group. Patients in the control group treat with western medicine and patients in the treatment group treat with western medicine coupled with FZXZBS decoction for 3 months to respectively observe the changes in the level of Scr, BUN, Ccr, HA and LN of each group before and after treatment. Result: The total clinical effective rate of treatment group was 77.14% and the rate of control group was 51.43%. There was significant difference between the two groups ( P<0.05). After treatment, the level of Scr and Ccr had significant improved ( P<0.05) and the level of BUN had decreased ( P<0.01) in the treatment group compared with prior treatment. But compared with the control group, the level of Scr, Ccr and BUN had remarkable improved after treatment. The level of HA and LN had obviously decreased ( P<0.05) in the treatment group compared with prior treatment and their level was lower than the control group after treatment ( P<0.01). Conclusion: FZXZBS decoction has a therapeutic effect on CRF and inhibits the progress of renal fibrosis.
