中医药辨证治疗功能性便秘疗效的荟萃分析

摘    要:目的 :对中医药辨证论治和辨病治疗功能性便秘的疗效进行比较研究。 方法 :通过数据库检索文献,运用随机对照试验评估表对文献进行评估,采用Jadad质量评分表对文献进行评价,用RevMan 4.2软件包进行统计分析。 结果 :共有5篇随机对照试验共349名病人满足纳入标准,临床疗效有效率: 异质性检验P=0.38,表明5个研究数据具有同质性,故采用固定效应模式。合并效应量OR=3.07,95%CI(2.14,4.43);合并效应量的检验Z=6.04,P<0.00001,表明中医药辨证治疗便秘相对中成药非辨证治疗有明显疗效优势。 结论 :中医药辨证治疗功能性便秘的疗效明显优于非辨证的中成药治疗。

Abstract:Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic effect of the treatment upon syndrome differentiation. Method: relevant literatures were reviewed via database and assessed via randomized controlled trial (RCT) scale.A1l reviewed literatures were assessed via Jadad quality scale.Data statistical analyses were performed by RevMan 4.2 software. Result: Five pieces of collected articles of RCT were evaluated(including 349 patients). The test for heterogeneity: P=0.38,indicating these 5 data had homogeneity,so we applied the fixed effect model.OR=3.07,95%(2.14,4.43);Z=6.04,P<0.00001. Conclusion: The treatment upon syndrome differentiation is effective to cure patients with constipation,has superiority over the treatment without syndrome differentiation.
