川乌高压蒸制工艺优选

摘    要:目的:优选川乌高压蒸制的工艺参数。方法:采用正交试验法考察蒸制时间、蒸制压力及处理方式等因素,以双酯型生物碱、总生物碱的含量及炮制品的外观评分为指标,综合优选川乌高压蒸制的最佳工艺。结果:川乌高压蒸制的最佳工艺为:A5B3C3,即川乌润湿后,于1.5 kg·cm-2压力下蒸制150 min。结论:该方法简单、可行而且易于控制,可作为代替川乌传统炮制工艺的新方法。

Abstract:Objective:To optimize the best method of processing Radix Aconiti under high-pressure.Method:Orthogonal test was used to study the effect of three factors including processing time,processing pressure and processing mode.The content of di-ester alkaloids and total alkaloids was determined as the investigative index,at the same time,properties of process was evaluated by the grading methods of synthesizing multiple guidelines to optimize the best method of processing Radix Aconiti under high-pressure.Result:...
