| 摘 要： | 目的:观察黄连解毒汤对自发性高血压大鼠(spontaneously hypertensive rats,SHR)血栓前状态(prothromboticstate,PTS)的影响。方法:24只12周龄雄性SHR随机分为黄连解毒汤组(15 g·kg-1)、卡托普利组(0.0175 g·kg-1)和模型组3组,8只同龄雄性Wistar-Kyoto(WKY)大鼠为空白对照组,通过BP-6动物无创血压测试仪测定各组治疗前血压,连续ig给药6周,每日1次,第1,2,4,6周的第7天下午定时测量各组血压,6周后由腹主动脉取血,检测血清血栓素A2(TXA2),6-酮前列环素(6-K-PG),一氧化氮(NO),内皮素-1(ET-1),纤溶系统激活剂(t-PA),纤溶系统抑制因子(PAI-1),同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)和血管性血友病因子(vWF)。结果:黄连解毒汤可控制SHR血压,降低TXA2,ET-1,Hcy和vWF(P<0.05或P<0.01),增加6-K-PG和NO(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:黄连解毒汤可降低SHR的血压,改善其PTS。
