摘    要:目的:优选白芍配方颗粒中白芍总苷提取的工艺条件。方法:采用单因素试验结合Box-Behnken效应面法,以白芍总苷提取量为指标进行试验,考察加水量、提取时间、提取温度、提取次数、浸泡时间等因素对提取工艺的影响。结果:优选出水提白芍总苷的最佳工艺为:浸泡98.4 min,加12倍量水,煎煮提取2次,每次69.8 min。白芍总苷的提取率为2.387 1%。结论:Box-Behnken试验设计法用于白芍配方颗粒提取工艺的优选是可行的,数学模型的预测值与试验观察值相符。
