摘    要:目的:考察挥发油作为微乳油相的可行性,并对川芷微乳处方进行研究。方法:采用伪三元相图法结合Box-Behnken法筛选微乳处方,测定其粒径及透射电镜视图,并对川芷微乳初步物理稳定性进行研究。结果:电镜视图显示川芷微乳呈类球形;平均粒径为(13.17±0.07)nm,多分散指数(PDI)平均值为0.191±0.01,优化的微乳物理稳定性良好。结论:选用处方中的挥发油可以直接作为油相制备微乳,Box-Behnken法能够客观的优化微乳处方,优化微乳粒径分布均匀,性质稳定。

Abstract:Objective: The purpose of the present study was to investigate the fessibility that the essential oil as the oil phase of the microemulsion and optimize the formula of Chuan zhi microemulsion. Method: The pseudoternary phase diagrams were developed for various microemulsion formulations. The microemulsion was optimized using a three-factor, three-level Box-Behnken design. The independent variables selected were surfactant, co-surfactant and oil; dependent variables (responses) were polydispersity index (PDI). Mathematical equations and response surface plots were used to relate the dependent and independent variables. Optimized formulation factors were selected by feasibility and grid search. Result: Validation test showed that the average particle size of antalgic microemulsion was (13.17±0.07) nm. Conclusion: The essential oil can be the oil phase of the microemulsion. The Box-Behnken design can optimize the formulation objectively.
