温阳健脾汤治疗脾肾阳虚型泻药性便秘

目的: 探讨温阳健脾汤治疗脾肾阳虚型泻药性便秘的临床疗效及配体干细胞因子(SCF)/c-kit信号通路。 方法: 2013年1月至2014年9月期间,本院诊治的80例脾肾阳虚型泻药性便秘患者,根据随机数字法,将其分为对照组(枸橼酸莫沙必利)和观察组(温阳健脾汤),每组各40例,治疗4周,观察和比较两组治疗的临床疗效、治疗前后中医症状积分变化、Western blot检测结肠c-kit及SCF蛋白表达水平。 结果: 与对照组相比,观察组治疗的总有效率明显升高(90.0% VS 70.0%,P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;与酪氨酸激酶受体对照组相比,观察组治疗后中医症状积分明显降低(4.8±2.3 VS 8.2±3.4,P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;与治疗前相比,治疗后两组结肠酪氨酸激酶受体c-kit,干细胞因子SCF蛋白表达均明显增多,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义,而与对照组相比,治疗后观察组结肠c-kit蛋白表达明显升高(0.39±0.17 VS 0.28±0.15,P<0.05),差异有统计学意义,而SCF蛋白表达没有明显变化(0.72±0.23 VS 0.71±0.20),差异无统计学意义。 结论: 温阳健脾汤能够提高结肠c-kit,SCF蛋白的表达,通过SCF/c-kit信号通路,改善脾肾阳虚型泻药性便秘患者的临床症状。

Efficacy of Wenyang Jianpi Decoction in Treating Spleen-kidney Yang Deficiency Type Laxative Constipation

Objective: To study the clinical efficacy of Wenyang Jianpi decoction in treating spleen-kidney yang deficiency type laxative constipation and stem cell factor(SCF)/c-kit signal pathway. Method: The eighty patients with spleen-kidney Yang deficiency type laxative constipation treated in our hospital during January 2013 to September 2014 were randomly divided into the control group (mosapride) and the observation group (Wenyang Jianpi decoction), with 40 patients in each group. After a 4-week treatment, the changes in clinical efficacy, traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) symptom scores before, during and after the treatment were observed;and the protein expressions of colon c-kit and SCF were detected by western blot. Result: Compared with the control group, the total effective rate significantly increased in the observation group, with statistical difference (90.0%VS 70.0%, P<0.05);compared with the tyrosine kinase receptor control group, the TCM symptom scores after the treatment obviously decreased in the observation group, with statistical difference (4.8±2.3 VS 8.2±3.4, P<0.05);compared with the pre-treatment groups, the protein expressions of colon tyrosine kinase receptor (c-kit) and stem cell factor (SCF) in the post-treatment groups significantly increased, with statistical difference (P<0.05);compared with the control group, the protein expression of colon c-kit significantly increased in the post-treatment observation group, with statistical difference (0.39±0.17 VS 0.28±0.15, P<0.05) and the protein expression of colon SCF showed no significant changes and statistical difference (0.72±0.23 VS 0.71±0.20). Conclusion: The Wenyang Jianpi decoction can significantly increase the protein expression of colon c-kit and SCF and relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with spleen-kidney Yang deficiency type laxative constipation through SCF/c-kit signal pathway.
