| 摘 要： | 目的:为提高白花蛇舌草(HD)总黄酮的纯度,筛选适宜HD总黄酮纯化的大孔树脂,确定HD总黄酮纯化工艺参数。方法:采用静态与动态吸附-解吸附方法对HD总黄酮进行纯化,以吸附率与洗脱率等指标优化工艺,利用紫外-可见分光光度计测量HD总黄酮的含量。结果:HPD-826型大孔树脂纯化效果最好,其最佳工艺为上样流速2 BV.h-1,上样液pH 5,上样浓度1.5 g.L-1,洗脱剂pH 7,乙醇浓度80%与洗脱速度2 BV.h-1;纯化后总黄酮含量高达91.24%。结论:该工艺操作简单、稳定可行,重复性好,适合HD总黄酮纯化。
