摘    要:目的:探讨经硫磺熏蒸后白芷的二氧化硫残留量与有效成分欧前胡素和氧化前胡素含量的相关性,为制订其科学合理、客观可控的二氧化硫限量标准提供科学依据.方法:采用《中国药典》2010年版附录方法进行二氧化硫残留量的动态检测;采用课题组前期建立的HPLC对不同硫磺熏蒸程度的白芷进行欧前胡素和氧化前胡素的含量测定;采用曲线回归的方法进行二氧化硫残留量与有效成分含量的关联分析.结果:自然晒干的白芷样品其二氧化硫残留量低于其他经过硫磺熏蒸的样品,氧化前胡素和欧前胡素均高于其他经过硫磺熏蒸的样品.随着硫磺用量和熏蒸时间的增加,二氧化硫残留量升高,氧化前胡素和欧前胡素的含量下降,且二者随着二氧化硫残留量增加而降低.结论:初步探讨了随着硫磺熏蒸程度的增加,二氧化硫残留量、有效成分含量的变化规律,为下一步的深入研究提供参考.
