摘    要:目的:优选黄芩-白芍药对的混合提取工艺条件。方法:以黄芩苷、芍药苷含量为指标,运用正交试验考察提取次数、提取时间、溶剂用量、乙醇体积分数对黄芩、白芍混合提取工艺的影响。采用HPLC同时测定黄芩苷和芍药苷含量,流动相甲醇-水-乙酸(35:64:1),检测波长244 nm。结果:最佳提取工艺条件为加12倍量50%乙醇混合提取2次,每次1.5 h;黄芩苷、芍药苷质量分数分别为16.75%,3.22%。结论:优选的提取工艺稳定可行,黄芩的存在对芍药苷的提取具有一定促进作用。

Abstract:Objective: To optimize extraction process of couplet medicines of Scutellariae Radix and Paeoniae Radix Alba. Method: With contents of baicalin and paeoniflorin as indicators,orthogonal test was adopted to investigate influence of the amount of solvent,ethanol concentration,extracting times and time on mixed extraction technology.HPLC was used to determine contents of baicalin and paeoniflorin with mobile phase of methanol-water-acetic acid(35:64:1) and detection wavelength at 244 nm. Result: Optimum conditions were as follows:extracted twice with 12 times the amount of 50% ethanol for 1.5 h per time;mass fractions of baicalin and paeoniflorin were 16.75% and 3.22%,respectively. Conclusion: This optimized process was stable and feasible,Scutellariae Radix had a certain auxo-action for extraction of paeoniflorin.
