摘    要:目的:建立高效液相色谱法同步测定败酱草败酱药材中常春藤皂苷元、齐墩果酸和熊果酸的含量.方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Ultimate C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);以甲醇-0.2%乙酸铵水溶液为流动相,进行梯度洗脱,检测波长为210 nm,流速为1.0 mL· min-1,柱温为25℃.结果:常春藤皂苷元、齐墩果酸和熊果酸在0.026~0.26,0.082~0.82,0.079~0.79 g·L-1具有良好线性关系(r >0.9998),平均回收率分别为100.62%( RSD 2.01%,n=6),96.71%( RSD1.89%,n=6),97.85%( RSD 2.17%,n=6).结论:该方法灵敏度高,快速,简便,专属性强,准确和重复性好,为败酱草药材质量控制标准的建立提供科学依据.

Abstract:Objective:To establish a method for the quantitative determination of hederagenin,oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in Herba Patriniae Simudtanoukly by HPLC.Method:The analysis was performed on Ultimate C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) column with mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.2% ammonium acetat water by Gradient elution.The detected wavelength was set at 210 nm.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and the column temperature was at 25 ℃.Result: The linearity was good in the ranges of 0.026-0.26,0.082-0.82 and 0.079-0.79 g·L-1 respectively for ederagenin,oaleanolic acid and ursolic acid(r>0.999 8).The average recoveries of hederagenin,oleanolic acid and ursolic acid were 100.62%(RSD 2.01%,n=6),96.71%(RSD 1.89%,n=6) and 97.85%(RSD 2.17%,n=6).Conclusion: This method was highly sensitive,rapid,simple,specific,accurate and well represented,which can be used for the quality control of Herba Patriniae.
