摘    要:目的:对射干遗传多样性和药材质量进行综合评价,为射干种质资源的合理利用和药材优良品种的选育提供理论依据。方法:采用ISSR分子标记法分析射干9个种源的遗传多样性,并采用HPLC法测定各种源次野鸢尾黄素的含量。结果:9个种源射干次野鸢尾黄素的质量分数为0.12%~0.36%;多态位点比率PPB为55.42%~90.36%;种源间遗传分化系数GST与基因流Nm分别为0.204 1,1.951 5。结论:射干次生代谢产物的含量与遗传多样性相关性不大,而是易受生长环境的影响,在品种选育过程中应对种质选取、栽培环境和栽培方法等进行综合考察。

Abstract:Objective: To comprehensively evaluate the genetic diversity and medicinal quality of Belamcandae Rhizoma from different provenances and provide a theoretical basis for rational utilization of germplasm resources and fine variety breeding of Belamcandae Rhizoma.Method: The genetic diversity of 9 provenances of Belamcandae Rhizoma were analyzed by ISSR molecular markers, and the content of irisflorentin in the rhizome was determined by HPLC.Result: The contents of irisflorentin in 9 provenances of Belamcandae Rhizoma were among 0.12%-0.36%; the percentage of polymorphic loci (PPB) were 55.42%-90.36%; the coefficient of gene differentiation (GST) was 0.204 1 and the gene flow (Nm) was 1.951 5.Conclusion: The content of secondary metabolites of Belamcandae Rhizoma had little correlation to genetic diversity, but was more subjected to growing environments, so in the process of variety breeding for Belamcandae Rhizoma, more work shall be done to deal with germplasm selection, cultivation environment and cultivation methods synthetically.
