中药含油水体超滤液理化参数与反渗透膜过程相关性实验研究

摘    要:目的:考察中药含油水体超滤液理化参数与反渗透膜过程相关性。方法:以中药挥发油含油水体超滤液为研究对象,测定其理化参数、反渗透膜过程通量随时间的变化,通过数据挖掘技术,探索理化参数与膜过程的相关性。结果:对于中药含油水体超滤液,影响复合反渗透膜稳定膜通量的主要因素:超滤液的浊度和pH;影响复合反渗透膜通量下降速率的主要因素:超滤液的电导率和pH。结论:中药含油水体超滤液的理化性质,特别是pH,是影响膜过程的重要因素。
