摘    要:目的:研究红花多糖的提取及含量测定,为开展红花多糖的抗肿瘤作用机制提供理想药物。方法:采用水提醇沉法从红花药材中提取并分离出红花粗多糖,用Sevage法除去蛋白质,过氧化氢脱色;采用苯酚-硫酸显色,用分光光度法测定多糖含量。结果:红花多糖的浓度与吸光度在5~50μg·mL-1呈良好的线性关系,回归方程:Y=0.01749X-0.03165,r=0.9994。多糖质量分数为96.048%。结论:含量测定方法操作简便,灵敏度高,稳定,重现性好。该方法可为开展红花多糖的抗肿瘤作用研究提供理想的实验药物。
