摘    要:目的:探讨复方地黄对D-半乳糖致老年痴呆小鼠模型的学习记忆能力的影响及其机制。方法:sc10%D-半乳糖6周建立小鼠老年痴呆模型,然后用复方地黄3.37,1.75 g.kg-1 ig 4周,对照组和模型组给予等量生理盐水。用Y型迷宫检测小鼠的学习记忆能力,同时检测小鼠脑组织一氧化氮(NO)含量以及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性。结果:与空白组相比,模型组小鼠学习能力降低(p<0.01)。给予小鼠高剂量复方地黄后,小鼠上述变化明显改善,与模型组相比差异具有统计学意义(p<0.01)。结论:复方地黄可改善D-半乳糖致痴呆小鼠模型的学习记忆能力,其机制可能与复方地黄能使小鼠脑组织中NO含量降低和SOD活性升高有关。
