超微粉与普通粉田七痛经胶囊比较研究

摘    要:目的:对超微田七痛经胶囊与普通田七痛经胶囊进行比较研究。方法:采用中国药典有关溶出度法测定2种胶囊溶出度;采用粉末流动性测定仪测定2种胶囊休止角;比较2种胶囊对小鼠子宫、卵巢发育的影响,对二甲苯致小鼠耳肿的影响,对缩宫素所致大鼠扭体反应的影响。结果:超微田七痛经胶囊各项指标均优于普通田七痛经胶囊,与常规粉体相比,在给药剂量减少至1/3的情况下,可达到相同的药效作用。结论:试验为超微粉体技术的应用奠定了一定的基础。

Abstract:Objective: To study comparatively on ultramicro powder of Tianqitongjing capsule and common Tianqitongjing capsule. Method: The dissolution rate of the two kinds of capsules was determined according to relating dissolution rate determination method on China pharmacopoeia. Zero angle of the two kinds of capsules was determined by powder flow ability determinator. The effect of the two kinds of capsules was compared on uterus and ovaries developing of mouse, i.e. the effect of xylene to swelling of ear of mouse and the effect of oxytocin to writhing response of rat. Result: Every target of ultrmicro powder of Tianqitongjing capsule was better than common Tianqitongjing capsule. The ultramicro powder could get to the identical drug action at the dosage of 1/3 comparing with the common Tianqitongjing capsule. Conclusion: The examination laying a foundation for the developing of ultramicro powder technology.
