清肺消积汤联合化疗对晚期肺鳞癌患者 生活质量和CYFRA21-1的影响

目的:探讨清肺消积汤联合化疗对晚期肺鳞癌的生活质量( Karnofsky)评分和CYFRA21-1的影响.方法:将120例晚期肺鳞癌患者随机分为治疗组(清肺消积汤+化疗组)和对照组(化疗组).对照组应用紫杉醇/吉西他滨+顺铂联合化疗,21 d为1个周期,2个周期为1个疗程.治疗组同时加用清肺消积汤,每日l剂,42 d为1个疗程.结果:Karnofsky评分治疗组改善率为57.4％( 39/68),对照组改善率为38.5％ (20/52),两组在统计学上有显著差异性(P＜0.05).治疗组治疗前后CYFRA2-11的数值为(16.23±13.55),(3.45±3.32)μg·L-1,前后对比差异有显著性(P＜0.01).对照组治疗前后CYFRA2-11的数值为(16.98±12.35),(13.11±10.45)μg·L-1,前后对比差异无显著性.结论:清肺消积汤联合化疗对晚期肺鳞癌能改善生活质量.降低CYFRA21-1水平.

Effect of Qingfei Xiaoji Decoction Combined with Chemotherapy on Quality of Life and CYFRA21-1 in Advanced Lung Squamous Cell Carcinoma Patients

Objective:To study the effect of Qingfei Xiaoji decoction combined with chemotherapy on quality of life and CYFRA21-1 in advanced lung squamous cell carcinoma patients.Method: A total of 120 patients with advanced lung squamous cell carcinoma were enrolled,68 were randomized to treatment group(chemotherapy plus Qingfei Xiaoji decoction) and 52 to control group(chemotherapy).The reginen of TP/GP was taken for chemotherapy.The variation of tumor marker(CYFRA21-1) in peripheral blood and quality of life before and after therapy with Qingfei Xiaoji decoction were observed.Result: The rising rate of Karnofsky score in treatment group(57.4%) was significantly lower than in control group(38.5%)(P<0.05).The levels of CYFRA21-1(3.45±3.32) μg·L-1 was significantly lower than before therapy(16.23±13.55) μg·L-1in treatment group(P<0.001).Meanwhile,there was no diffrence in control group(16.98±12.35 vs 13.11±10.45) μg·L-1.Conclusion: Qingfei Xiaoji decoction combined with chemotherapy can improve the quality of life and reduce the level of CYFRA21-1.
